Monthly Calendar 

We are thrilled to announce the inaugural season of the Cascade Cup!

Who: Team divers are required to compete in all meets. Rec divers who have a complete dive list are highly encouraged to participate.

What: Divers will earn points for their team at each competition. These points will be used to determine the winner of teach meet and at the end of the season the team with the most cumulative points will be crowned the Cascade Cup Champion.

Why: This is a great opportunity for every diver to experience competition in a fun, supportive, and low-pressure environment. Each diver has the ability to earn points that help our team, reinforcing the idea that everyone has a valuable role to play. Traveling together, diving in different pools, and sharing competitive experiences helps build confidence, strengthen team connections, and create a stronger sense of belonging within our team.
